Here are directions from the various areas our swimmers commute from. Please notify Coach Tonya through email of any inaccuracies!
Directions to Hurlburt from Navarre
:
Head East on Hwy. 98. Turn left onto Cody Ave. (Hurlburt Main gate). Proceed through the main gate to the first stop light. The pool is on the left corner past the light. You can either turn left, then the first right, and right into the parking lot, or go through the light and take the first left into the parking lot.
Directions to Hurlburt from Niceville/Bluewater Bay:
Take 85 South past the Airport. Turn left on the cutoff road to merge with Lewis Turner heading Southwest. (or you can continue South on 85 to intersect with Lewis Turner at the light, then turn right). Turn Right on Green Acres (McDonalds on the left and Tom Thumb on the right through the intersection). Follow Green Acres to Martin Luther King (just keep driving on the same road, to turnoffs necessary). Take a right onto Freedom Way to get to the back gate. Enter the back gate, follow the flight line around the runways to the stop light. At the light (Cody Ave) either go straight and take the first right into the parking lot for the pool, or go Right and take the first left into the parking lot.
Directions to Hurlburt from Ft.
Walton
:
First option: Head West on Hwy 98 to Cody Ave (Hurlburt Main gate). Take a right onto Cody Ave. Proceed through the main gate to the first stop light. The pool is on the left corner past the light. You can either turn left, then the first right, and right into the parking lot, or go through the light and take the first left into the parking lot.
Second option: Any road west (Hollywood
, Lovejoy, Lewis Turner to Green Acres or Martin Luther King. Take Martin Luther SW from Green Acres or NE from Lovejoy. Turn onto Freedom Way (Right if coming from Green Acres, Left if coming from Lovejoy). Enter the back gate, follow the flight line around the runways to the stop light. At the light (Cody Ave) either go straight and take the first right into the parking lot for the pool, or go Right and take the first left into the parking lot.
