Learn-to-Swim Program
Ages 6 months and older
Any child under 3 must be accompanied by an adult in the water.
Grouped initially according to age and then according to ability level.
45 minute sessions
Mondays and Tuesdays 5:10-5:55 p.m.
Taught by older, competitive swimmers in small groups of 3-5
Supervised by Maverick Aquatics coaching staff
You choose:
1 day a week, either Mon or Tues for $40 per month
or 2 days a week, Mon and Tues for $75 per month
or $10 per lesson.
Weather Policy: If we have to cancel, we will have a make-up on Thursday of that week.
If your child is Red Cross level 4 or 5, he or she might be ready to join the novice group on the swim team. Interested in joining? During the school year, this group swims from 5-6 p.m. M,T,Th,F. In the summer, practice moves to a morning time. For the current schedule, look under "This Season" in the right hand column.

Please let us know you are interested one week before the first day of the month you will be starting.
Lessons run the months of Sept, Oct, April, and May. They will also run in Nov if the air is not too cold. The pool is heated. Lessons are also available at Hurlburt AFB in the summer, but they are run by the Hurlburt AFB lifeguard staff.
