Access to Base for non-military - Importance: HIGH

Access procedures have changed for us.  Effective December 1st, non-military will need to have the new forms.  Please fill out a form for each person that requires access to Hurlburt Field over the age of 10.  Follow this link to obtain the form.  You will need Adobe Reader to open the form.  You will be able to fill in the form and save it.  If you require assistance, please call Bill Williams at 850-243-5108 or email him at wiliam.d.williams@cox.net.  This must be done this month for you to get a pass in January.  Whether you are currently active or not, if you plan on training at all next season and you do not have base access, you need to do this.
