In order to swim well this summer, you need to be training NOW. Waiting until school gets out will make your season only 5 weeks long. That's not long enough to build enough endurance for a successful taper. For this reason, if you intend to go to SES and/or AAU, we will not accept you on the trip unless you are training consistently by April. Let's start training seriously for our summer championships today.
Also, please plan family vacations accordingly. It is best to wait until after SES and AAU Jr. Olympics to take time away.
Please download the mayaug_2008_meet_schedule_signup.doc and return to us so that we can sign you up for meets in a timely manner.
