Folks, Due to a new Fed. Gov. regulation there has to be a certain type of drain grate in the bottom of the pool at Hurlburt. It is on order, but until it is here and installed, the pool is closed. They are working to rectify the situation.
In the meantime we will take the following steps:
1. On M, T, F (our regular Hurlburt practice days) we will meet at the playground across from the pool for dryland. Have shorts, T-shirt, SHOES, a towel to lie down on, and warm clothes to put on if the temp drops. We will workout from 4:00-5:15. If it rains we will go under the pavilion over there. This is a great opportunity to work on getting everyone stronger.
2. I will also check with Eglin to see if we can swim there Monday afternoons if there is enough interest (let me know if you are interested in that opportunity).
