Paradise t-shirt and tank

Click on the image to enlarge.  This is the design for our newest t-shirt.  It has the popular hibiscus flowers with our logo and name and the slogan, "...just another easy day in paradise."  That's how we handle hard practices!  They are just part of the sport.  And swimming in the Florida Panhandle so close to the beaches is paradise.

Team Warmups

Stay warm at swim meets and support the team!  Coach Tonya models our new team warmups.  In spite of how the colors look on your screen, they are actually a beautiful deep purple and black with gold embroidery.  The front has our logo, "Maverick Aquatics", and your name.  The back has our team abbreviation "MAV" and "swimming" tightly stitched. 

Jacket: Heavyweight 100% polyester brushed tricot, center front zipper, contrast color sleeve and front panels with white accent piping, set in sleeves, front pockets, elastic cuffs, open bottom with elastic drawcord and cordlock, machine-washable.  Sizes:  XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.  Youth sizes:  S, M, L.  Tonya models an adult size small.  Cost:  $45.

Pants:  Heavyweight 100% polyester brushed tricot, covered elastic waistband with inside drawcord, side seam pockets, zipper on outside lower leg, double-needle hemmed bottom, machine-washable.  Sizes:  XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL.  Youth sizes:  S, M, L.  Cost:  $25.

silicone team caps

We have silicone team caps for $7.50 and latex caps (with the old design) for $4.  This is a good price!  Get a few so you can wear them to practice and to meets.

These are in stock and do not require an order form.  Just let one of the coaches know how many you would like, and you will get them within a few practice days.   

Scrubs

Some swimmers have been asking about team scrubs.  Scrubs were the first uniform item this team wore.  Operation Maverick!  If you are interested in obtaining scrubs, please download how_to_obtain_team_scrubs.doc for instructions.

Equipment

We will each need to have our own equipment at practice.  For your convenience and for team prices, you can order the equipment through Maverick Aquatics.  The experienced swimmers will need all of the equipment.  The snorkel is not necessary, but strongly recommended.  Kickboards can be borrowed at the pool.  Kickboards and fins are recommended for the beginning swimmers.  We have good deals on the snorkels and mesh bags!

Dryland Tank

Grey tank with "Maverick" above and "Aquatics" below our logo all in purple centered on the chest.

These can be worn for dryland exercises and during hot, outdoor meets.  They come in male and female cuts.

Racing Items

A team cap is the only mandatory team uniform item.  We have silicone caps on hand for $7.50.

We wear black, purple, or a combination of both colors for our team suits.  You choose the specific suit that is comfortable for you.  Suits are available at Dragon Sports next the YMCA in FWB, at swim meets, and online.  Suits made of 100% polyester are recommended over lycra and partial polyester blends due to their longevity.

Henley

Shorts

Shorts.  50/50 cotton, polyester.  Purple.  Black MAV in large, block letters across the back.  Girl's sizes run normal.  Boys should order one size larger than normal.  XS, S, M, L, XL sizes.  Cost:  $9.50
